These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Baniya Milan ("Baniya Milan", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Kashiverse Ventures.

By creating an account or using Baniya Milan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Baniya Milan is intended for adults who are legally eligible to seek matrimonial relationships.

You must provide truthful information about your age and other profile details.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account.

You agree not to create an account using another person's identity or information without authorization.

4. Your Profile

You are responsible for the information you provide in your matrimonial profile.

You agree that your profile information will:

• Be reasonably accurate and not intentionally misleading
• Not impersonate another person
• Not contain fraudulent information
• Not contain illegal or abusive content
• Not violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights

5. Photos and Content

You must have the right to upload any photo or content you submit to Baniya Milan.

You must not upload:

• Photos of another person without appropriate authorization
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Violent or graphic content
• Hateful or abusive content
• Content promoting illegal activity
• Spam or advertisements unrelated to the service
• Fraudulent or misleading content

6. Matrimonial Connections

Baniya Milan provides technology to help users discover and communicate with potential matrimonial partners.

We do not guarantee that you will find a particular type of match, receive a response, get married, or achieve any particular matrimonial outcome.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information about another person before making important personal, financial or matrimonial decisions.

7. Communication Between Users

If messaging or similar communication features are available, you agree to communicate respectfully.

You must not use Baniya Milan to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want further communication.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the app for fraud or scams
• Impersonate another person
• Use fake matrimonial profiles
• Request money from users through deceptive means
• Promote illegal services
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harass or threaten another user
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the application
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

9. Safety and Fraud

Online matrimonial interactions involve risks. Users should exercise caution when communicating with people they meet through the platform.

Baniya Milan will never require you to share your password, OTP, banking PIN or other authentication credentials with another user.

If you believe another user is attempting fraud, harassment or abuse, report the account through the available reporting mechanism or contact us.

10. User Reports

We may investigate reports concerning inappropriate content, fraudulent profiles, harassment, abuse or violations of these Terms.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

11. Intellectual Property

Baniya Milan and its associated software, branding, designs, graphics, interfaces and other original materials are owned by Kashiverse Ventures or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Baniya Milan may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, payments or other functionality.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Premium Features and Payments

If Baniya Milan offers paid subscriptions, premium features or other purchases, the applicable price and terms will be displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed through Google Play or another authorized payment provider.

Purchases and refunds may also be subject to the policies of the applicable payment platform.

14. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of Baniya Milan at any time.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Account Termination

You may stop using Baniya Milan and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to other users or the platform.

16. Disclaimer

Baniya Milan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by users or the outcome of any interaction or matrimonial connection.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and user protections.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
